A journey opening with an evening at the heart of a historic 19th-century estate. The experience begins with a guided tour of the grounds paired with a tasting of rum distilled on site. The evening continues with a gourmet dinner on the château's galleries, punctuated by interwoven performances: a violinist, a kora player and a watercolourist capturing the moment.
Southern terroirs.
A day of exploration designed to reveal the emblematic sites of the island's south, either by boat across the lagoon or overland: discovering the Bois Chéri estate and its tea factory, lunch in the mountains, a visit to the sacred lake, the Seven Coloured Earths and its waterfalls, followed by a tasting at the Chamarel distillery.
