DescriptionShowcasing the terroirs and craftsmanship of the industry through a suspended plant canopy, a monumental cartographic mural and an interactive journey leading visitors from raw ingredients to a sensory discovery of aromas, rounded out by a warm, premium hospitality space.

An eco-conscious design built on committed joinery and local manufacturing. A large-scale fit-out bringing together a wide range of trades around responsible French and European materials, notably through certified timber species, HQE-certified flooring and reusable signage supports. A set-up that includes full storage of the scenography for future editions.
Terroirs in motion.
An interactive visitor journey immersing the public at the heart of the spirits industry. An experience built around a terroir quiz that unpacks the world of these products, from harvest through production to their many uses. This self-guided route is organised around modules for identifying raw ingredients, discovering aromas blind, and grasping the economic weight and regulatory framework of the industry.
A meeting place that reflects the industry.
A welcoming, warm private space dedicated to members, industry players and institutional meetings. It houses a lounge with a discreet, hushed atmosphere, a catering pantry and an office for the teams. The bar, run by a mixologist and a bartender, showcases the industry's craft through members' spirits.
